The overall operation of this type of dryer is automated, very convenient for work, and can also be self checked. However, in order to ensure that there are no problems, specific parts need to be maintained and inspected. Due to its complex internal structure, it is necessary to first understand it clearly.

1. When inspecting the components of a double cone vacuum dryer, the manufacturer should pay attention to the fact that they usually use a spring on the ground to assemble a bed with appropriate tension at the receiving end. It is important to compress the spring to the specified compression length for correct operation. Check the length of the manufacturer's compression spring. A bed that is too loose may be damaged due to poor tracking, while a bed that is too tight may increase wear on the chain and conveyor bearings.

2. When it is found during maintenance that the chain has been completely worn out, it is sometimes caught off guard. This problem is often only noticeable damage to the bottom plate. In this case, the machine not only needs a new chain, but also the conveyor bottom plate.

3. When the conveyor chain is worn, the gap between the pin and the bushing increases, resulting in an increase in chain pitch. When using an articulated platform, this increases the chain pitch and can cause the platform to fail at the hinge.

Although sometimes overlooked, worn sprockets may cause trouble, so regularly check sprockets with worn teeth. If the tooth root is worn too much, it will change the pitch diameter of the sprocket. This may cause damage to the hinge due to pressure changes in the diameter of the pitch circle. If the sprocket teeth show excessive wear, it is recommended to replace them the next time they are closed.
